Arnica has shown to improve the healing of bruises and minor sprains. The plant has anti-inflammatory properties and can be used to relieve joint pain.

We organically grow our Arnica in the Pristine Catskill Mountains. Each blossom is hand-picked in late Summer and infused in organic sunflower oil to retain its healing and therapeutic properties. Limited reserve and production is based on the annual harvest.
